There's a reason this man's birthday is on Summer Solstice aka the sunniest day of the year. Phillip is one of the most optimistic and fun people I know! He makes me so happy.

It's true, it's the perfect day for Phillip to be born! I remember that mushroom pic from his mission, I can't believe he's so old, because he still seems so young to me, but in that pic, he looks like a KID!!
